Our primary mission is to help others.  Requests for discounted services may be made by patients, family members, social services staff or others who are aware of existing financial hardship. The Sliding Fee Discount Program will only be made available for individual self-pay counseling services.  You may apply for the discount plan, but there is no guarantee you will be approved.  All applicants must provide income verification.
